Biography of João Bento
Sound and visual artist. He graduated in Plastic Arts from ESAD-Caldas da Rainha, Portugal.
Since 2004 he composes sound for performances, dance, experimental films, theatre plays and live acts. His work articulates analog instruments and sound objects, used in a multidisciplinary context. Relating sound archives and processes that question memory and territory, he created in 2012 the "366 Sound Daily Project" audio installation developed for the ECOS Encontros sobre Escuta e Lugar at the Lisbon Architecture Triennale (13) and the installation "Cactus" (2016) for the event Lisboa Soa, International Meeting of Urban Art and Auditory Culture. He created the sound and visual installation "8 Linhas" (18) and "Correspondência" (18) for the cultural programming Caminhos Médio Tejo. Between 2003 and 2006 he coordinated the VS Project (International Experimental Video Platform) with the IMAGO Film Fest.
Biography of Letícia Larín
Letícia Larín was born in São Paulo in 1982, from 2012 to 2016 she was based in Lima, and since 2017 she lives and works in Lisbon.
In 2018, the artist presented a performance at 515 Bendix (Los Angeles), in 2017 at the ABLI - Lima Art Biennial, among others. In 2018 she participated in the Paul Artspace residency (St. Louis, MO), and in 2016, in the Atalaia Artes Performativas (Almodôvar, PT) and in the Rat Puerto Mitla (Mexico City) artistic residencies.
Her main solo exhibitions were at Lima - Ricardo Palma Cultural Center (2018) and Socorro Espacio Polivalente (2015) -, and in 2017 she presented two large installations in Portugal (Casa da Cultura, Ílhavo, and at the INATEL building, Braga). The artist participated in collective exhibitions in Peru since 2014 and in Brazil since 2002, among which Concurso de Arte Contemporâneo Joven (CCRP, Lima, 2014) and Paradoxos Brasil - Rumos Artes Visuais
2005/2006 (CDMAC, Fortaleza, Paço Imperial, RJ, Itaú Cultural Institut, SP).

Biography Mané
She has a degree in Art Multimedia (with a specialization in Performance and Installation), distinguished with the 2009/10’s Merit Scholarship of the University of Lisbon and the
BPI/FBAUL 2010 award. She also holds a degree in Environmental Health and a Postgraduate Diploma in Urban Design and Public Art. This background continues to be a great influence in the work she produces where she explores the relationships between man
and the environment, often invoking sexuality from a physiological/biological and sociological point of view.
She participated in the 2010’s Landart Festival of Cascais and in the Artistic Residency for Iberoamerican Creators in Mexico, having exhibited at the Diego Rivera-Anahuacalli Museum and at the Cultural Center of Spain in Mexico. She joined the 2009’s National Young Creators Exhibition in the category of Plastic Arts. She recently exhibited her work at the Museum of the Arts of Sintra, Zé dos Bois Gallery, Zaratan and Escola das Gaivotas.
